Drafting plans and creating your perfect space is one of the most important steps in custom home building. Typically when customers come to me, they already have an idea of how they want their home to layout and what amenities they want included. I’ve had customers bring one to two different sets of house plans that they like and we work together to build off that.

I recently built a home for my mother-in-law where all we had to start off with was post-it-notes on a white sheet of paper. Each customer is different and I am very good at taking the information provided and steering it into a direction for the final set of plans that you the customer and me the builder are happy with.
